Fit2Lead.ca is a site designed around providing online personal training to its subscriber base as well as free fitness demos to guests in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the teaching style of the instructor, Mary Phaneuf. The key effective aspect behind Fit 2 Lead is Mary. She is a dynamic and vibrant individual with an incredible story, and she provides inspiration to her subscribers. With Mary being the key ingredient in the Fit 2 Lead family of products and services, it was only natural that she become the main focus for the design. With a beautiful design, from phenomenal designer Jennifer Myers, Infinity Media Services was tasked with the job of providing the technical backbone for this project.

A key requirement for this project was a user-friendly Content Management System that would allow the client to personally manage her site. Upon review of the full suite of requirements for the project, Wordpress was chosen as the CMS. The task of creating the site, within the highly expandable boundaries of the system, was then underway.

Many creative techniques were employed in order to facilitate per page options, such as whether to show a full body shot of Mary or whether to overly a content box for longer pages. jQuery was used for custom menu transitions, and long-time collaborator RichToons was brought on board for the homepage animation.

Fit2Lead.ca is a true example of the power and simplicity that a good CMS can offer to both the developer and the client. Especially when it is set up by an experienced team like Infinity Media Services Inc.
